NimCore Men is designed for adult men experiencing symptoms related to hormone imbalances, such as low energy, reduced libido, mood changes, or muscle loss. The best way to find out if the program is right for you is by completing the initial health assessment and lab testing. A licensed provider will review your results and medical history to determine if hormone therapy or other treatments are appropriate for your individual needs.

To get started with NimCore Men, you'll first complete a detailed online health assessment that gives us insight into your goals, symptoms, and overall health. From there, you'll be scheduled for lab testing to evaluate key biomarkers and hormone levels. Once your results are ready, you’ll meet with a licensed provider who will review your labs, explain what they mean, and talk through possible treatment options. If you’re a candidate, you’ll receive a personalized treatment plan that may include testosterone replacement therapy, peptides, or supplements tailored to your needs. After starting therapy, you'll have regular check-ins and ongoing support through the Aura™ app to help monitor your progress and optimize your results over time.

After joining the NimCore^® Men program, you’ll schedule your lab work at a nearby location or choose an at-home blood draw service, whichever works best for you. The testing involves a simple blood draw to measure key biomarkers, including testosterone and other important hormones.

Your care team uses these results to understand your baseline and create a personalized treatment plan.

After your lab samples are received, it takes - business days for the results to be processed. Once your provider reviews your lab work, you’ll have a consultation to discuss your results and go over personalized treatment recommendations.

Your provider will review your lab results, symptoms, health history, and lifestyle factors to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Every protocol is personalized; there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Based on your goals and lab findings, your plan may include testosterone replacement therapy, peptides, supplements, or other supportive treatments. Medications, dosing, and follow-up testing are all customized to help you feel your best.

Initial improvements can be noticed as early as a few weeks, with ongoing progress over several months as your treatment is fine-tuned. Everyone’s response is different, so maintaining regular check-ins and communicating openly with your provider will help ensure the best possible outcomes.

Your lab requisition is valid for 6 months. We’ll send you reminder emails to complete your labs during that time. After 6 months, the requisition will expire and is no longer valid. Please note that no refunds are issued for expired requisitions.
