How can I partner with Nimbus?

If I don't live in Texas, can I still order a test kit?

Yes, anyone in the US can purchase a test kit but Nimbus can only provide clinical support aka personalized prescriptions in one of the following states:

  • Arizona
  • Arkansas
  • Colorado
  • Florida
  • Hawaii
  • Illinois
  • Kansas
  • Louisiana
  • Maine
  • Massachusetts
  • New York
  • Texas
  • Washington
  • Wisconsin

The cost is $199 per test kit and we will drop it in the mail in 3-4 business days.

Are Nimbus services covered by health insurance?

Right now, we cannot bill insurance directly. However, you can take the receipt and submit to your insurance for reimbursement. We're committed to helping you seek reimbursement and are happy to provide a paid invoice and HSA/FSA receipts upon activation of your kit for you to submit an insurance claim, but can't guarantee coverage as this depends on your insurance provider.

Where is my sample being tested?

We process samples in the United States at one of our CLIA certified labs

What do I do in case of a health emergency?

Nimbus providers and services are not intended to handle medical emergencies. If you’re experiencing symptoms of a medical emergency, please call 911, contact your primary care provider or visit your nearest urgent care center.

Are Nimbus tests FDA-approved?

Nimbus tests are classified as laboratory-developed tests (LDT). LDTs are validated by the laboratory before being used to generate laboratory results for diagnosing or treating a patient. LDTs are not subject to FDA clearance or approval. Overseeing the analytical and clinical validity, alongside clear and compliant communications of results, are CLIA and CAP. These regulatory agencies audit each of our labs twice annually. As the FDA notes, "LDTs are important to the continued development of personalized medicine." So, while they don't receive the classification of FDA-approved, they are recognized as important to innovation within the laboratory space.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, please log into your portal here and click on "VIEW DETAILS" under the plan you wish to cancel.

From there, click "Subscriptions" from the menu on the left. Then just click the "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION" button and you'll be all set.

Where's my refill? Can I use auto-refill?

All Nimbus clients are automatically enrolled in auto-refills for 1 year. If you have not received an email about your refill, or your refill itself, one week before you run out, please contact us at support@nimbushealthcare.com.

How do I pause my subscription?

You can cancel your pause at any time. To do so, please log into your portal here and click on "VIEW DETAILS" under the plan you wish to view your subscriptions.

From there, click "Subscriptions" from the menu on the left. Then just click the "PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION" button and you'll be all set.

How do I update my payment method?

If you'd like to update your payment method, please follow the below 3 steps.

Step 1) Log into your patient portal and select your program (this could be hormone optimization, weight loss, or hair loss)

Step 2) Click on "payment methods" on the left side of your screen.

Step 3) Click on the "Update Payment" button.

Can I return my Nimbus prescriptions or supplements?

Due to legal restrictions, our prescription medications and supplements can't be returned or refunded. Please contact support@nimbushealthcare.com with any questions.

What is your refund policy?

At Nimbus Healthcare, we are committed to providing our patients with high-quality online prescription services. It's important to understand our refund policy which is guided by federal regulations and our commitment to patient safety.

Federal Law Compliance

Due to strict federal laws governing prescription medication, Nimbus Healthcare adheres to a no-refund policy for all prescribed medications. This policy is in compliance with federal law law, which prohibits the return and refund of prescription medications once they are dispensed. This law ensures the safety and integrity of medications, and we align our policies accordingly for the safety of our patients.

Subscription Acceptance and Terms

As part of our prescription process, every patient is required to review and accept their subscription recommendation before starting their subscription. During this process, patients are informed about the terms and conditions of our service, including our no-refund policy. By accepting the subscription recommendation, patients acknowledge and agree to these terms, including the understanding that refunds are not permitted once a prescription has been approved and processed.

Understanding Your Prescription

We encourage patients to thoroughly review their subscription recommendations and consult with our healthcare professionals if they have any questions or concerns before accepting their prescription. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that patients are well-informed about their medications and the associated policies.

Exceptions and Support

While refunds are not available, we are committed to supporting our patients throughout their treatment journey. If you encounter any issues with your prescription, such as receiving the wrong medication or a damaged package, please contact our support team immediately for assistance. Our priority is to ensure your safety and satisfaction with our services.

Can I use my FSA/HSA for services with Nimbus?

Nimbus test kits may be eligible for use with your FSA or HSA. You can use your order confirmation email as a receipt.

If you have an HSA/FSA card with a Visa or Mastercard logo on it, you may be able to use it for a Nimbus test kit. Enter the number and if the card isn't declined, then it has been accepted for use.

Please note, we are not able to provide individual letters, fill out forms, or provide additional documentation that your plan may require. Please be sure to understand your plan requirements before ordering your Nimbus medications if you intend to seek reimbursement from your HSA/FSA provider.
