Curious how to activate your test kit?
Please activate your kit code right before you draw your blood sample or complete your cheek swab. Make sure to send back your sample the same day you’ve collected it.
After receiving your kit, head to the patient portal here. There, you’ll click “Get Started” if you don’t already have an account with us or “sign in” if you’ve already created your account.
Your test kit comes with a card that says "Register your kit." with instructions to activate your test kit using the kit code on that card.
